DaveFry Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 90's Squier Musicmaster with pickup changed to an EMG and gofaster stripes . ( Electrical tape stuck on as an experiment ) - a guitarist keeps hassling me to sell it . Hairband around the bridge is only there because I spotted it on the pavement and thought " I recognise that colour " Strap is a women's belt 50p from charity shop . Quote
antnee Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Loving the Musicmaster. Not sure on the electric tape though 😉 Quote
sellisnba Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Can i play, newest addition to the family Fender modern player jazz, I tried it yesterday not expecting much and was impressed with how comfortable it was. Returned today to trade in my sub 4 and surprisingly got a good deal. My only gripe is the jazz pick up is a bit weak. Fit and finish is excellent. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of trying one to go ahead. Quote
spaners Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Sellisnba I have one two, fitted flats on mine. Its a great feeling , sounding bass but as you say the P pickup dose dominate. I have been reading good things on here for the Entwistle pickups, very good price so mite try a set in mine when I get paid. Just love candy apple red basses Quote

Evil Undead Posted August 26, 2014 Author Posted August 26, 2014 That looks way cooler. I wonder what it would look like with black tape over the stripes to make those black too. Quote
