I represent a unique, well-established and highly professional pop/rock band and registered limited company who urgently seek a talented bassist/vocalist/songwriter. The band, which is currently under industry-standard management, is a serious competitor on the local and regional scene. The successful applicant will be at the forefront of media attention, becoming joint frontman/woman with both an electric guitarist and drummer. With several well-paid opportunities on the horizon, we are working fast to find our newest member.

> Age: 18 - 23
> Availability: 5/7 evenings p/w plus occasional daytime hours
> Commitment Level: Full
> Contract Length: Permanent
> Driving Licence: Preferable
> Equipment: Own gear is preferable
> Influences: Pop/Rock/Punk-orientated. (i.e. Blink 182, Feeder, Green Day, McFly)
> Location: West Midlands
> Performance Experience: Some
> Playing ability: Average+
> Vocal ability: Average+

Shame but image has always played a big part in music, shame that ability seems to be overlooked in favour of it though. I`m sure someone with both will get the job though.

You can if you want to employ an actor for a particular role. Maybe it applies to all performers? (Just speculating)
