Roland Rock
Lovely! Do you still have the Ampeg and Matamp? Stack pic mandatory! Not on that stool though Edited August 10, 2014 by Roland Rock
Billy Apple
Lovely! Do you still have the Ampeg and Matamp? Stack pic mandatory! Not on that stool though
I put this on the chair last night because I was getting some very weird vibrations. I'd carried this Mutha home in the custom Roqsolid cases Discreet had made. It was three trains and the changes in between. By the time I got to Paddington my hands were refusing to grip anymore! I first set it up as a stack, but was positive something was vibrating in one of the amps. I thought maybe something had come loose in transit. After I took the amps off the speaker I was still getting the same vibration, which was eventually tracked to two metal candlestick holders on my drawers! Still got the Matamp, but the Ampeg will be going in the Marketplace sometime later today. My arms are three inches longer today
Beer of the Bass
You brought it home on the train? That's dedication!

discreet
Very glad you're pleased with your purchase, young man. My umbilical hernia and close-to-bursting scrotum thank you. Sounds absolutely killer and I would have kept it but for the risk to my ageing guts.
Billy Apple
Here's one for the stack fans.. Even Lady Bones stuck her head round the door and commented on how nice it sounded. Just to put this in perspective, when we visited the Bass Doc at New Year, the only thing she remembers was the fact that Howard had a pink Xmas cake. Everything else just passed her by. I couldn't remember Howard even had a Xmas cake, let alone what colour it was.

Billy Apple
The lifts are quite a walk from the platforms, and it was a shorter distance to the escallyaytors. Going up was easy, going down took a certain skill.
