lefsalefsa
Hi all, I just came home from the summer 3 weeks residency 2014 at Wooten Woods (Victor Wooten´s center for music and nature), and would like to share my experience as a student there. To put it short, I had a fantastic time and learned more than I thought was possible in such a short time. Victor and his team of first-class musicians/instructors gave lessons in a wide range of aspects of music, such as theory, technique, performance, improvisation, career advice, etc. The opportunity to play with and get feedback from these world-class musicians was very inspirational. I also greatly enjoyed the nature sessions, which included creating fire by rubbing sticks together, building a debris hut, nature awareness and use of the senses (very important in music!) plus a lot more. Even the food was outstanding! To summarize: strongly recommended! Atle Refsdal, Norway

Sibob
i was there for the Music/Nature camp this past April, all I can do is echo what Atle has said above. More than worth it, a great place to learn about music, nature, others and most importantly, yourself. Highly highly recommended..........and probably cheaper than you think! Especially considering the exchange rate. Si p.s. Yes the food is especially good!
