Sick Gospel bassist

Man i love to watch/listen to these gospel cats. I read on one of his posts,that hes been playing for only 6-7 years!!!!???..He over plays sometimes but who cares.
Is it something about worship that does it?? The slapping at 1.20 is so fresh.
