Ibanez AGB200 String Length

I know this bass is shortscale but the bridge has a tailpeice so was wondering if ill need Medium Scale strings?

I have an Artcore. The shortscale Status tapewound strings I planned to put on it from my Bronco bass were too short.
Rotosound medium scale jazz bass strings were the right length.
