UK National Drum Fair 27 & 28 Sept, Birmingham

OK, I know it's a Drum Fair!
But I also know some of us BC'ers are fascinated by the weird world of bashing things with sticks. And some of you are actual real drummers

I intend to go along as it's just a sweaty towel's throw away from where I live. If anyone else is going, post in this thread and perhaps we can meet up?

I've been to this pretty much every year since it started, but unfortunately can't this year due to gigs. It's a
good day out if you're into vintage drums, and it's always fun to meet up with some old friends.

Ha..! I mis-read the venue layout. I saw that, right next to the stage, they'd made available 'Tired seating'. "How thoughtful..." I thought, "...for the more elderly attending the event." Then I looked closer. Ha..!
No, it's too far for me, but I like the idea.
