Shops stocking odd pedals?

I really want to try a Pigtronix Philosopher King, amongst other things, but I can't find any shops that have them. Do any shops have them?

It's in Nottingham about 5 minutes drive (lots of lights and a bit congested) out of the city centre. It's an amazing cave of pedal wonders

Just looked at the Hotrox website - they've got some nice gear in there - goes some way to explaining why Pantherairsoft has got such an extensive pedal collection - I'm glad that I don't live nearby - I'd be spending all my money in there....

It's mostly full of pedals and accessories, with not many basses or amps, IIRC so if you want to give it a test run, you might want to ring in advance to make sure that they have the kit in, or that they are cool with you bringing your own

The main dude at HotRox is very knowledgable on valve amps also

+ their prices for strings n stuff are competitive with fleabay

+ it's a 5 minute walk from my work (which I appreciate is only of benefit to me)

Just been into HotRox - if you wanted to test a pedal, they appear to have four basses in stock (2xG&L, a Bass Collection and a Höfner) but if there were bass amps, they were well hidden - I'd phone ahead to check or bring your own.
