Hi - this is a feeler for my mint bb2. An awesome cab, genuinely the best I have owned, but my logistics for gigs have changed a bit, so I am looking at the possibility of freeing up some cash and going to a less portable cab/rig.

Price drop to - £630 (a bargain!)

You all know the deal on these - Barefaced's ultimate one cab solution. This was one of the first delivered. Ordered at extra expense with the vintage cloth finish, and comes with a custom roksolis cover.

Mint condition - as new... Gigged loads, but always babied and the cover used.

Collection preferred, but could courier. Pica up later!

Yeah - def interested in trades, either for cheaper cabs, or even combos. I use a genz shuttle head with this that could be factored in if needed. For me to part with it, one way or another cash would need to come my way, so a cheaper cab, or combo up to the Sam value and I sell my current head...

Couple of pics - all in action and not massivley in detail but you get the idea and can see how cool it looks with the vintage cloth etc. It is in as new condition and has always had the cover used.

As mentioned - open to trades, but one way or another need to walk awa with some cash if I do move the cab on. So, combo upto the value of the cab (and I sell my Genz Head) or, a cab of lesser value and cash to me.

Some interest - I will include shipping to the UK for £660 for a sale. Trade wise, a meet would be best, but I am willing to ship if wanted. Am away for the next couple of days, but can check PM's when notified via email.

This is the Big Baby 2 yes? Just wanted to double check as these are only £699 brand new?

:o  A PM would have been a far more suitable way to bring this to the OP's attention...

Anyway - the extra options are the silver grille cloth and cover, which would cost an extra hundred quid or so, and it avoids the waiting time. So all in all not too bad a price! :)

yup.

discussing the pricing choices of sellers in public is kinda... wrong.

I disagree. A seller should be open to questions and transparent about their transaction, the more they are so the more faith potential buyers will have in dealing with them. I was a little perplexed that a second hand item was being offered for about 95% of its new cost and just wondered if there was something I was missing - turns out there was, grill cloth, cover and waiting time...fair enough, and now everyone knows. All good as far as I can see and good luck with the sale.

Sure, but the polite thing is to ask him personally if you wish. A comment like yours may look like trying to undermine a sale.

You may also want to check the guidelines above, which include:

"5. If you believe the price of the item is too cheap/expensive, then please PM the seller as to why. Do not ridicule or undermine the seller by posting how much you think it's worth or how much it can be gotten for elsewhere, the laws of supply and demand will determine if the item sells at that price."

Not saying that was your intention, only that it can easily be interpreted that way and we generally like to leave the arguing and fighting for the Off-Topic section

Peace.
