There's a bit of demand for this, so I thought I might as well kick it off. C'mon you Limelighters... get involved!

Beautiful bass, Michael. Is it getting the playing time up against your vintage Fenders?

Cheers! It's been #1 since I got it, which - considering it's a J - is remarkable...!

It's the nitro for me. It just so damn comfortable and worn in. The fact that it sounds killer helps too but the feel of my limelight bass is just lovely.

Yep. I was won over the second I picked it up and played it. It felt like I'd had it for 20 years.

And yes - not sunburst. It suprised me too!

Oh My Dog...

They all look great and sound amazing!

I considered a Limelight a few months ago but did not give a shot in the end due to purchasing a lovely ´79 Yamaha BB1200 from a fellow B'chatter, but now GAS is growing...

Nice to see a relic that doesn't look like it's been attacked with an angle grinder......Nicely done!
Totally agree :)

64 jazz tribute, light relic. Picked it up, it almost knew what I wanted to do, like an old friend bass.

These are flippin' gorgeous! Does that '63 replica have a P-width neck, or are my eyes going funny?

Hmmm...I am planning on a UK trip next year anyway...

Do the necks have rolled edges on these?
I don't know what that means, but it says hand rolled frets, I don't know what that means either... is it the same?? what does it mean?
