It was built as a Musikmesse showpiece and is the only bass like this that Chris has ever built (to my knowledge). It has a lovely dark almost upright sound to it. I will get a recording done tonight. Celinder 4 string fretless bass Piezo with preamp (preamp is located inside the control cavity). AAAA Quilt maple top with binding Mahogany body Maple neck with the most beautiful Ebony board. Epoxy coated. Side dots on top. Labella Nylon flats Weight 4 kgs. It Can sound almost upright! If you want to hear it i Can add some nice compression and some reverb om a recording.
