Hofner Ignition Violin bass + hardcase SOLD £220

[color=#141823][font=Helvetica, Arial,]Hofner Violin Bass, it's an Ignition series so made in Indonesia, however is of extremely high quality compared to all the other Violin basses going under around £400 or so... plus it's a real Hofner! This is in great condition and I've tastefully covered the tacky writing on the truss rod cover over with removable black tape, and set it up low with D'Addario chrome flatwound strings for the most authentic tone possible. Additionally I've replaced the tacky stock knobs with Gibson style ones which suit the look a bit better. I'll include the originals and x1 genuine authentic vintage German Hofner knob in sale. It sounds utterly fantastic and it far easier to play than any real 60's violin bass would have been. Mine also comes with a fitted hardcase. Looking for £220, postage is an option for £20 extra, otherwise collection from Liverpool city center.
