This bass has a retail price of >15.000 USD (+shipping and customs). Condition is MINT. Bass comes with OHSC and tools and has never been gigged. Action could be setup extremely low without buzz. This bass is from the pre-mass production era from Fodera.

The woods are first choice from the Fodera stash: A breathtaking Walnut Burl top combined with a Walnut back, an Ash neck (!) with Bubinga stringers (1.000 USD upcharge) and a Kingwood board, which is not availyble anymore from Fodera. Soundwise Kingwood is described as close to Braz Rosewood.

It is a huge bass with a deep, clear, strong low end, special and world-class in every single aspect - but i am looking for a smaller Fodera 6 string for easier chord playing. Let me know if you have one for trade.

Might want to check out the Drozd Oracle's if you want those kind of specs. I am floored with my Oracle 6 33, the low B is even better than my old Ken Lawrence which I thought was impossible to do.

Hi Ari,

That's indeed an option. I recently played a friend's one and it was superb. The body shaping is not so mine but the bass sounded incredible. A bit towards an acoustical guitar.
