flyfisher Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 You're picking some corkers today! Another great band . . . and another great player (Duane Allman) lost far too early. Quote

toneknob Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Nice! My band has currently got this very near the top of the setlist additions queue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcAj3gZVqWo Quote
spongebob Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Good choices, great band. I'm gradually streaming my way through their catalogue. Fave so far - 'Eat A Peach' - superb! Bit worried about after that, as net consensus seems to knock them a bit after about '73.... Quote

[/quote] Try this then, 2013, 40 years later but it is a song that Clappo played with Skydog. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-NrOFLLMuM and here's the original, Live at The Fillmore 1970 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Aw7Jai7peM Different, but IMHO they're both wonderful performances. He got the best out of Clapton, if there are a few of you that have not (for some silly reason) checked out the Derek and Dominoes album, do it now. Phenomenal. Quote
