Lozz196
Just picked up one of these little amps as a practice rig in my spare room (where my pc is, so can play along to youtube when learning songs). I`ve already got an Ampeg BA108 and maybe it`s just new toy syndrome, but I think I prefer the sound of the Fender. Great little amp, can do warm & smooth, or boost treble & mids, JJ Burnell ain`t too far away. Anyone wanting a little practice amp, you could do worse. gary mac
Mine is an almost permanent feature in the lounge here. Had it about six years now and it's had plenty of use. So far so good.
bassbora
I know its not the same but quite possibly the predecessor of the Rumble but I have been using Fender RAD as a practice and teaching amp for the last 15 years or so and it never fails. I even gigged it last weekend with a Warwick Thumb NT 6 fretless and it sounded perfect. Does the low B-string beautifully all the way across the frequency. It does make you wander if my Bergantino 2*12 and Genz Streamliner is really worth the money when you have that little beast sounding perfect. theyellowcar
As I'm sure the world knows by now I ditched two dodgy Ampeg BA110's in favour of a Rumble 15 and never looked back. I've since upgraded to the new Rumble 40 which is an absolute peach. Great amp for not much dosh.
M@23
Nice one. I'm undecided about a new practice amp and keep coming back to these.
machinehead
I have a Fender Rumble 15. I use it for home practice and quiet rehearsals. Great tone. It won't deliver much volume but for what it is, it's excellent. Frank
