Roger2611 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 It should be a decent playing Japanese made instrument, I bet it will be a bit of a heavyweight though Quote
paul_5 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I had a Hohner fretless Jazz and it was lovely - great tone and the neck felt 'right', but it was a heavy beast... Quote
Bassassin Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Korean, early 80s, looks to me like it fits in between the Moridaira-built MIJ Hohners & the Cort-built Hohner Professionals. Probably decent enough but with a few rough edges, if the price starts creeping towards 3 figures, leave it! A couple of years back my local Crack Converters had one of these for about £60. Jon. AntLockyer Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I had a Hohner guitar, it was rubbish. Quote
Monckyman Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I have a MIJ Hohner P, from 1982 and I think it's fine. I use it on every gig I play. Quote
Thunderbird Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014
I have a MIJ Hohner P, from 1982 and I think it's fine. I use it on every gig I play.
I agree they are great basses and not really heavy I had one but the body was rotten so I had to break it I think if it goes for about a £100-£125 that is a fair price Quote
