A Zon vinny VB4 for sale. I'm located in Paris France. Rare and legendary bass from Joe Zon only available from Zon's store. More details and pictures will follow (as soon as I understand how to load on BC). Zon gig bag is included (but not postage charges). it's in overall good condition (production date 2004 or 05, I need to find mail I received from Zon's company). 1 tinny ding on the back of the neck near the top (no incidence on sound or playibility). On the base of the neck some dings due to the contact of the string with phenowood. Small scratches caused by belt loop on the back (you can feel it with the palm of your hand and see it if you watch carefully and play with light). No specials strings, regulars are ok but you need to cut them. Trades : 5 strings (W&T, Zon, Fender CS, ...) molan Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I used a VB4 as my main gigging bass for ages a mostly because I was in a 13 piece soul band so space was at a premium and it meant I avoided clouting the sax players head too many times Great little basses with a very full sound!

I know there are several videos of Zander Zon playing this bass on youtube .... Please don't reduce it just to this kind of sound (piccolo strings) !!! this is a real bass with a loud voice equiped with normal strings. this is a killer slap machine too !
