I have two sets of genuine Fender bass bushings available.

I bought them to put on a 1975 and a 1976 P Bass but they don't fit! These ones are slightly too big.

Still in the packaging not opened. I only received them yesterday!

I think they fit reissue vintage basses. Please check if you're not sure.
They should fit Fender vintage style basses from 1999 onwards.

The part number is 0019509049.

Very hard to find these in stock here in the UK.

£8 per set inc postage.

I'm not sure. I think Schaller tuners are a narrower bore than Fender so that should be OK on the inside.

My Schaller BMFLs did fit through the bushing holes OK. It was the bushings that were too big for the basses holes.

Bear in mind the size of the outside on these bushings is bigger than the real vintage Fender ones. You could use a cello reamer to install them though.
I just didn't want to do that on mine.

Cheers...

Not trying to bump the thread early but here are the measurements for you:

On the callipers these are 0.554" (14.07mm) diameter inside and 0.745" (19.06mm) outside. The top flange is a little wider but sits on top of the wood so not a problem. Size of flange is the normal Fender size.

Thanks...

One set still available. Fit Fender RI basses from 1999 onwards. This means they don't fit real vintage basses - which is why I bought them originally. He'd an email reply confirming they are made for RI basses...
