I've decided to sell my Markbass 2x12. I bought this new 2 years ago as my band at the time were starting to play larger venues - that is no longer the case and i don't have the need for such a powerful cab anymore. I now play predominantly in a functions band and just don't need this much cab, also, have recently downsized cars - and whilst this does fit in the back of a 3 door Ford KA, it is a bit awkward getting it in/out with a bad back and shoulder!
The cab is as new, i am quite obsessive about taking extreme care of my things (!!) therefore, there isn't a single scuff, rip or knock in the tolex. The cab comes with a Roqsolid cover which it has always been on when not in use. It really is mint condition.

Spec wise, it is 4 ohm, rated at 800 watts. I have always used it with a LM3, though, did use an old Bassman in the studio once and both sounded great. Tons of low end, yet, very clean. I wouldn't say classic Markbass exactly, it does the hifi thing, but is a bit warmer and more natural sounding than other MB cabs i have played/owned. The tweeter is a 1.25" compression driver too, i have it pretty much off, but it is far nicer than the piezo unit some MB cabs have and fully controllable via the L pad. It has rubber feet side and bottom for horizontal/vertical use and two very sturdy handles. On my scales it weighs in at 27.5KG.

I would MUCH prefer not to ship this, as i am on the Isle of Wight and it is a bit of a pain, so if anyone fancies a day trip or can collect from Southampton, Portsmouth or Lymington, that would be ideal.

Trade wise, i'm only really interested in high end 1x12 - Bergs or Vanderkley, as this is what the cash will go towards when sold anyway.

Thanks, it does indeed shift a ton of air. I'm guessing a bit with pricing here, as I've never seen another come up for sale second hand. Now asking £500.
