MonkeyTrick
Just came across this - 'There are also two effects - phaser and fuzz built into this guitar...' I can't see this selling for £350. alyctes
The battery is under the neckplate? Surely then you'd have to remove the strings to change the battery?! And also, Russian 9v battery... what do they look like?
alyctes
Same seller has/had a Kramer The Duke priced at £450 or £500, appears every now and then. That does seem a little steep.

The screws holding the neckplate on are diddy scratchplate-type screws, so presumably it's a cover plate concealing both the battery and the actual neck screws. Either that or the neck pocket is tight beyond Fender's wildest dreams.

Bradwell
https://www.youtube....h?v=3GTKnwuvI1E
Nice to know they're reasonably playable instruments and more original than producing Fender / Gibson copies (looks similar to an Airline though), wouldn't ever chance that kind of money on it via ebay and it does look cheap. There's other design quirks that I'm not convinced on: I think effects should always be seperate as there's less to go wrong with the guitar and it strikes me as a bit of a gimmick for beginners who wouldn't know any better. Unless you really need the effects on the guitar for practical / theatrical purposes then they're best kept in pedals or a rack. Which brings me onto this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP_VcJN6ro8 (Skip to 1:10 for some proper built in guitar effects) Also, I can't really think of any use for a 5-pin DIN plug unless you're sending control signals to something external. Annoying Twit
The drowning in guitars youtube poster seems to be able to get good sounds out of his Soviet guitars. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7mM2j-jM7k https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kN-zsb0lyHE&list=UUzLRpB_ThIJ39wmgfBozASQ I think it would be interesting if there was a guitar (or preferably bass) which had passive pickups and a modular removable block for electronics. You could remove the electronics (including knobs) and swap them for something else. Then there could be a variety of electronics blocks that you could attach to give you entirely different sounds and control setups for different types of music.
