Annoying Twit Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Sometimes in these cases I send an email in all innocence asking if this is the same model as (gives Thomann link) or a different one. I never get an answer. Except from that strange person selling Harley Benton basses on ebay without showing the headstocks, where I received a stream of consciousness reply that didn't mean anything. karlfer Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 I've kinda stopped pointing these out as I got flamed, along the lines of buyers choice whether to buy or not. That was about 7/8 months ago, regarding a second hand active Mex P Special out in an EBay shop at £825, when new, warranted ones could be bought for £730. Strangely enough that bass is still for sale FEEBay , the charges are that high now, that this will only happen more and more. Nice one pointing it out. Quote
Roger2611 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 "Big sound....what more could you want"....err well a price that is not more than a new one would be a start! Quote
