A good delivery company?

just bought an acoustic guitar of ebay, UPS picked it up from the sellers place (Whitley Bay) on Monday at 12.15 it was delivered to me near Nottingham at 10am the next day and it was still in tune!
So it's not all bad news on delivery companies

I had a Fender product from Strings Direct delivered by Interlink Express, the day I ordered it, I was given a email confirmation - it would be delivered Monday, with a 'Follow my Parcel Now' link. On the delivery day, this gave me a 1 hour time slot, the driver's name & online tracking where you can watch the van/driver's progress with an updated ETA for my parcel . My delivery was number 50 on his schedule & while he was making his previous drops, 48 & 49 I could see which roads he was in - just around the corner!

Brilliant! Fascinating to watch as your parcel gets closer if you've nothing better to do & yes it was delivered in perfect condition, inside the 1 hour given. I have to say my experience of Interlink Express is really good. Fedex are also excellent.

If i get a confirmation that says Yodel or My Hermes is delivering I dont hold out much hope....

I recently ordered a kick-drum pedal from an e-bay store for my Dad, and had the same experience as KiOgon with Interlink Express. I was very impressed with the service - there was even an option to text or e-mail the driver with an updated place to leave the parcel, as I wasn't going to be in when he got there. And yes, he did exactly as requested.
