For sale/trade is a stunning 1999 G&L L2500 5 string made in the USA. It has a cost option maple cap and Cherryburst finish. The neck is a beautiful flamed maple and the frets have plenty of life left in them.

Overall condition is superb, apart from one ding on the under side (I've done my best to picture it).

It comes with the original case (bit tatty but fully functioning), Certificate, control diagram and warranty card.

Weight-wise it comes in at around 9.5lbs with a lovely low action. It sounds superb; everything from a Stingray on steroids to dubby P Bass. It's probably the best 5 string I've played, but is currently surplus to requirements.

I'm looking for £770 picked up. No trades please :)

It can be picked up from either Woking (weekends) or Bristol (weekdays).

Nick mate the post header does suggest trades at the minute?

In case you'd be at all tempted my acg recurve single cut is up for grabs and the neck's a beaut but I kinda need something a bit more gritty like a g&l 5'er... ;)

Love my L2500, such an under appreciated bass. Having been a long term (15years) Stingray user I can safely say that I prefer the L series, they are cheaper, more flexible and just as well built. GLWTS!
