Only in the sense that I stumbled across their FB page a few months ago & saw my guitarist had liked the page (he'd never mentioned them to me). They looked like good retro Fender copies but no idea on prices or playability etc.

Hi all my first post as I spotted this thread on google about Junkyard Bass Guitars.
Just a bit of background, I've been playing since 1988 when a friend lent me a Westone Thunder Bass 3 [fretless] while recovered from a motorcycle accident. Over the years I've been in a few pub bands and an Elvis Tribute Act backing band, which I must admit was a lot of fun.
I am completely self taught and I would say my technique is awful but I enjoy myself and get by.
I currently own a Yamaha BB2000, Fender Precision, Dean Acoustic and the reason I'm posting, a custom Junkyard Bass.
I've had the Junkyard around a year or so now and am very happy with it. I bought it for recording mainly but I have done the odd gig with it also.
There is a Junkyard vid on YT which explains everything about Junkyard. I own the black with red scratch plate bass featured. Lets see if i can link it in this post.
