***SOLD***Fender Modern Player Coronado Bass II***SOLD*** £400

Didn't want to ever sell this one but I'm not involved anymore in both projects I bought it for and I just acquired something that will be a bit more useful in my current situation, so this gorgeous instrument has to go to help funding the newcomer.

This is one of the first Modern Player Coronado II that came out in late 2013. The current ones don't have the 'II' in their names anymore and I don't know if there's anything else different. All I know is that this bass is really well put together and it looks, sounds, feels and plays like it costs at least a grand more. I think these basses are little gems and if they had USA instead of China written in the back of the headstock you wouldn't question it. They're ridiculously good instruments and more versatile than you would expect them to be, specially with the D'Addario Chromes with which it's strung now. Some really nice vintage Jazz and P sounds available but with its own lovely character to it. That old Macca sound is here too. The Fender Fidelitron pickups that come original in the Coronado are / were used by Fender in much more expensive Custom Shop basses.

I'm asking [b]£400[/b] collected for it, or we can meet within reasonable distance to N3. I still have the original box and can use it to post it, but that would be at buyer's expense and I really prefer collection or meet because I get nervous about posting a bass. No trades please.

Pics and video bellow. It's got a couple of really small dings (I have no clue what caused them ) and I tried to show them the best I could. Other than that it's as new. No swirling, knocks, or buckle rash. Ah... I still have the pickguard too. I just took it out because I think it's more comfortable to play like this and it looks nicer too.

Thanks! It is a great bass for a great price indeed. I had a couple of trade offers but as I said before I'm only selling it to fund another bass I acquired.
