Sorry for the lack of imagination, but I had a quick look at the Wikipedia page fro multi valve engines and note one of the first cars to have 4 valves per cylinder was called "la Torpille" (torpedo) and I liked the Spinal Tap (Big Bottom) lyric reference.

Also among early 4 valve single bikes where the Triumph Ricardo (a bit lame) and the Rudge Four (Meaty) :)

As it's all valve, call it the V.Max. As in Yamaha's best ever muscle bike.

If my iPad allowed the emoticons, it would be PMSL one. Ah Buell. The looks promise so much. Great look and great handling though.

Surely you mean Gerald the Mole ...

No. he's a mouse and hasn't got a house I don't know why I call him Gerald.

Neptune or Poseidon.

Both gods of the sea, so go with the colour. And they both wield a Trident (a three pronged spear), to match your three power options.

I really like this one

Hey, I just have the great ideas, it's up to everyone else to find out if they're actually feasible! :D

Thinking about cars and aircraft of a certain period, the primary sources of names were (i) edged weapons (ii) dangerous animals (iii) inclement, windy weather and (iv) place names including but not limited to British cities and Italian holiday resorts. In this spirit I would offer:

* The MJW Halberdier

* The MJW Cougarino

* The MJW Rashabar (The 'Black Wind' of Iraq)

* The MJW Norwich Mk1 Tourer

* The MJW Ancona Gran Veloce
