Telebass Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 Went for some strings, nothing more. But still a thoroughly enjoyable visit, as always. Doesn't matter how casual the visit, these guys now how to treat their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done, Tom and the crew! Quote
theyellowcar Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 Can't rate them highly enough. My one stop shop, for bass things anyway. Quote
Lozz196 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 I`ve got a gig just down the road next Sat - hopefully Wunjos wil be shut at that time, or, going by the stock they had in their window last time I was down that way, my credit card will finally face defeat. Quote
fender73 Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 I've bought 5 basses from Wunjo over the past couple of years, and echo the positive comments. Great shop, great deals and great staff. Quote
edpirie Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Yep, me too. I went in by chance the other week having been put off Denmark St for years by the abysmal Bass Cellar as was. The chaps in Wunjo's couldn't be more different: knowledgeable without being in the least overbearing, no pressure, genuine love of bass and interest in what will suit your needs. I came out with a lovely Roadworn Jazz which they had pulled out unprompted when I was looking at a P-bass twice the price. Went back later for a MarkBass CMD121P which they gave me a great price on - sure, could have saved a bit second-hand but a shop like this makes you want to spend your hard-earned dosh there. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Quote
