Skol303
Just noticed this on the MusicRadar website: "Designed by guitarist Andy Alt (the online marketing director for Steve Vai and co-creator, with Vai, of GuitarTV.com), the Little Thunder pickup replaces a traditional guitar humbucker and allows users to play guitar and bass simultaneously. The pickup adds a bass signal to the two lowest strings on an electric guitar but still leaves the signal of all six guitar strings intact." http://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/exclusive-video-add-bass-to-your-guitar-with-a-little-thunder-pickups-608414 I know, I know... CamdenRob
This pretty much sums up the general attitude to bass... just play the same as the guitar but an octave lower.... Edited October 10, 2014 by CamdenRob
ras52
Bl&*dy guitarists, coming over here, stealing our frequencies...
Beer of the Bass
It does the same job as the Able Bassmaker pedal that was advertised in the back of guitar magazines in the 90s. Sounds similar too! The Able pedal didn't exactly set the world alight or lose us our place in bands, so I guess this won't either.
Annoying Twit
Is this some sort of guitarist revenge for Royal Blood? They must be feeling threatened
