Annoying Twit
This is the cheapest non-free p&p I've seen for a bass. It can't possibly cover p&p, so why put £2.99 there? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Samick-Greg-Bennett-Royale-Bass-Black-/261215807327?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item3cd1ace75f Edited October 12, 2014 by Annoying Twit
alyctes
Typo for £12.99, or £22.99? Easily done.
Annoying Twit
All of the seller's other guitars and basses seem to have the same or occasionally similar p&p prices. One of his guitars has £2.75p&p.
kodiakblair
Do you think he includes part of the postage with the price ? I've never sold on ebay so don't know if their cut is different for items and shipping.

Perhaps s/he just wants to get people talking about his/her auctions and posting them on forums

[/quote] Dunno, but the same instrument is available on Amazon for £349 with free P&P so it may be a bit optimistically priced, or relying on inertia of potential purchasers.
