gollyhander
This is a Blade R4 special edition guitar with a strat single coil sized sized humbucker in the bridge position. I was led to believe only a small number of these were made by the person I bought this off. It has active electonics that can be switched in and out. It is in mint condition having hardly ever been used. Not because I don't like it, I'm a bass player with guitar playing ambition but in reality I'm not good enough for a guitar like this ! As I'm making room in my house for things like a guest bedroom, some things have to go. I'm led to believe this was probably built in the Eggle factory in the UK. Its a stunning guitar which won't fail to turn heads, and their reputation is exceptional. These don't come up for sale every day. Bass Players, let your guitarists know about this, but be quick. It will be advertised elsewhere. darkandrew
I saw Andy Jackson (Pink Floyd / David Gilmour Engineer) use one of these when he played with Eden House. Bearing in mind the people he associates with (David Gilmour, Stephen Carey, Phil Manzanera, Simon Hinkler, etc) and his Grammy nominations for sound engineering, it's probably safe to assume that he knows a thing or two about guitars. gollyhander
Thanks darkandrew. They are top notch guitars. Its just too good for me. It still looks amazing but I can't justify it sitting in its case. It needs to be played.
