Cool and rare JV series P-Bass for sale/trade.

The body is made from alder, neck is maple + fingerboard. Extremly light, definetly lightest Precision I've ever played.

Big vintage tuners, alnico pickups, steel bridge.

Electronic cavity is shielded with copper tape, frets are leveled and polished. Fingerboard is cleaned and oiled. Finish and hardware is cleaned and polished. Truss rod works fine, neck is healthy.

It's set-up with 2,2mm action and 0,25 relief.

I would like to trade for cool vintage tube amp / cab - especially simms watts.

I'm from Poland - shipping to UK is 25-30GBP. I will ship worldwide!

It is gorgeous.

I am confused by the logo, though - I thought the Fender logo models were all done in '82? And looked like this

Edit having said that, mine is a 57 reissue - is it different because it is a 62 reissue?

That's because I think this a non-export JV (the Squiers were the export models).

The made in japan logo is also a clue.

21 frets may provide the answer.

Thats my photo of a jv squier headstock - 1982, the holy grail of fender japan. If you look at the tuners you will see one of the differences between the early jv squier and the domestic fender japan
