[/quote] The Headhunters album is a great start, but my favourite is Thrust, especially the song Palm Grease. Jerry Jemmott is well worth a mention on this thread. On BB King's Live and Well album, he plays on the studio half, and really shows his funk on Get Off My Back Woman Quote

They are Flood (incredible live album with best version of Chameleon) and the other is an LP called Direct Step, which has one whole side that is just the best ever version of I Thought It Was You....that's how to use a vocoder!
