EBS_freak Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 EBS onboard preamps now available via Bernie Goodfellow at www.gbguitars.co.uk Really nice amp covers at www.d2fcovers.com (US) Quote
neepheid Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 Just thought I'd mention a proviso on Farnell - minimum order of £20 when paying with personal credit/debit card. Thankfully my work has an account with them for when I want a single black Neutrik locking jack socket without paying same again or more for postage Sucks to be small fry sometimes. Quote
pjbass Posted May 11, 2008 Posted May 11, 2008 I have had good experiences buying tubes from Hotrox www.hotroxuk.com/ They were helpful and not hell bent on selling you the most expensive stuff. Ended up having a 15minute chat about 60's carlsbro heads, which was unexpected but good! Quote
bigjohn Posted May 27, 2008 Posted May 27, 2008 Has anyone bought anything from Haneberg.se recently? I emailed him but he didn't reply - which doesn't really encourage me to pay him money through paypal... Quote

Delberthot Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Here's a source for screws, bolts and stuff but more importantly, american size fixings. Got some 10/32 socket head screws for my Genz amp. No minimum order - you can literally order a couple of screws- I did! Dr.Dave Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 I've just got myself a headstock decal from a UK ebay source. It's of as high a quality as I've seen and superbly packaged with clear instructions. It was £6 inc postage. The guy is wary of my posting links to his website which has pics of his wares which is fair enough - but if anyone's interested in doing up their basses with such products PM me and I'll give you the links. BTW - my opinion of anyone using products such as these to try and scam someone else into buying a fake is lower than a Yorkshire Terrier's bollocks. I'm sure most of us around here are decent enough to use these things for cosmetic reasons re. their own gear and should they decide to sell on will be 100% accurate in their descriptions of what they're selling. I would hate anyone looking here to abuse my faith in their honesty. Quote
Tinman Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 Posting in another thread has reminded me to post this here. I bought some valves for my Marshall TSL100 from these guys. Reasonably priced and considerably cheaper than say, Watford Valves. http://www.voc-rock-guitars.com/index.html Cheers Pete Quote

I've just got my beloved wizard neck pup rewound for very reasonable money after it got broken. I mentioned i had a gig and even though he said he was busy it was back with me in two days! A top bloke and excellent customer service. Quote
