Joe_T
Pedal builders/modders... I fancy sprucing up a few pedals for a bit of fun but have no idea what sort of stuff to use paint wise. Any recommendations or no-gos? Cheers -Joe

Easy to obtain, wide choice of colours, easy to apply, very solid, good looking, (fairly...) inexpensive..? 2nd choice : Humbrol et al model-making enamels, mainly for having small quantities available. ubit
Any metal paint from home base as told above. It doesn't have to be anything special. Do you not think that worn looking pedals have character just like guitars ?
xgsjx
You get Smoothrite too, which is just like Hammerite, but without the hammered finish. Any oil based paint would be fine for painting your pedals with. Car spray paints are a good option too & you can laquer over whatever you do to make it more durable.
