The Ripper sounded great. Interested to hear the differences between the Precision basses, the 79 with flats sounded lovely.

thanks for that - it was good to watch - and that Demeter DI sounds good too!
Mind you you could do an equally long video just showing your top 19 sounds from the T40! :D

Soloed, I'd have to go for the J with flats as my preferred tone there. However, live would probably be a different answer. You can certainly hear why the 'Ray5 is such a popular live bass in an ensemble, it really cuts through. Interesting too to hear a Ric and P in such close proximity, not really that dissimilar despite the reputation for the 'clank' (well to my ears anyway).

Dammit! I was beginning to think i wanted a Stingray and this has just confirmed it. Anyone want a Spector? - i need to raise some cash........
