Happy Jack Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 (edited) A video of the presentation I gave on Saturday to the SouthEast BassBash. Obviously it's very similar to the one I did at the South Coast Bass Bash two months ago, but this is the improved & extended 12" version. Edited August 12, 2018 by Happy Jack 1 Quote
Silvia Bluejay Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 (edited) No Treble (the online bass mag) has just published an article on avoiding injury, and point 5 only touches the surface - our vid examines the topic in detail. See here. Edited August 12, 2018 by Silvia Bluejay Quote
PlungerModerno Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Good instruciton - I need to give this another whirl through but a lot of those stretches seem to be very effective. Thanks for sharing what you've found useful. Quote
peteb Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Now there's a coincidence! I have just come across this clip elsewhere on the web this very evening! Very useful it is too. One question, I always understood (perhaps wrongly) that the muscles that supported the spine were also considered core muscles. Can you suggest any resources that demonstrate Pilates exercises to strengthen that group of muscles? Cheers, Pete Quote
Drax Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Excellent. Was asking about just this the other day and drew a blank, and couldn't find any online resource. Thanks for posting Quote
