I have a few issues with my Ashdown amp and have been trying to contact them today, to no avail.
Can anyone recommend the best way to get hold of them? On here, via website email or telephone?

I've contacted them a couple of times, both by email, and had a good response. Their customer service is generally very good, and they are on here too, so you could always send a pm.

they may not reply immediately i emailed them about something and got a reply within 2 days I think - perfectly good and reasonable timeframe to expect

They answered me within a day and my amp is ancient. Prob beyond their help so I have to say they've been more than reasonable customer service wise. Plus they sent me replacement volume knobs free
