thebassman
I have a few issues with my Ashdown amp and have been trying to contact them today, to no avail. Can anyone recommend the best way to get hold of them? On here, via website email or telephone? Cheers thebassman
planer
I've contacted them a couple of times, both by email, and had a good response. Their customer service is generally very good, and they are on here too, so you could always send a pm.

LukeFRC
they may not reply immediately i emailed them about something and got a reply within 2 days I think - perfectly good and reasonable timeframe to expect
thebassman
Still haven't heard back from them. 2 emails and a pm, I'll try and give them a call on Monday. They must be busy.
BruceBass3901
They are busy as they are at Bass Player Live in LA. Mark normally replies to all emails but is over the pond. Try calling them in Monday. Somebody should be able to help

Leslie77s
They answered me within a day and my amp is ancient. Prob beyond their help so I have to say they've been more than reasonable customer service wise. Plus they sent me replacement volume knobs free
Merton
They're not a big company and as has been said they are at Bass Player Live in LA. Give it til Tuesday then phone them
barkin
ISTR them posting here (user name - Ashdown Engineering) recently, that there are only 6 full-time people.
