SPHDS
Went down the local to see a band last night and spotted a nice bass, just not sure what it is......! So I was wondering if any of you could identify it......! It has Fender on the headstock, and there is no control plate for the knobs to perch on......! Any ideas (bass player said it came from Ebay as a bit of a 'mystery bass'...!) Cheers

EssentialTension
Two stacked knobs with rear entry plate is the norm.
stingrayPete1977
I thought the rear knob was for country and the front one was for western?

40hz
Can't believe no one has mentioned GAS, apparently it's to blame for global warming. Although with cows it's sadly methane related. Edited November 9, 2014 by 40hz
