The_D Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 (edited) He might fancy block inlays or maple fretboard or even fretless. Might just not like looking at the skunk stripe... To be fair theres a few reasons for changing the neck! Edit: Not really sure how much to ask for it though Shabbs. Edited November 10, 2014 by The_D Quote
Bingo! If the truss rod works it's worth something, If there's plenty of life left in the frets it'll probably fetch a fair bit - certainly may help pay for a new neck. As for specific value - it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Compared to a graphite or steel reinforced Warmoth, All-Parts, or comparable neck it'll probably fetch a more modest sum. CamdenRob Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I think you might be surprised how much you'll get for it as it says Fender on the end... Can see alot of people wanting to bolt it on to their squiers. Quote
CamdenRob Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014
I'll give you £5 for it.
I'll see your £5 and raise it £5... Quote
Shabbs Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 Frets are very good, minimal wear, truss rod works perfect, probably with tuners, I have a maple neck with white inlays that I'm going to fit to the black body. Quote
