leschirons
Yes, he's a great player. Saw him loads in the late 80's with Gary Moore. Welcome to Basschat by the way.
MacDaddy
If it's no longer good enough for Bob, then it's not good enough for me.

Geddys nose
Love Bob saw him a lot with Gary Moore in the '80's, Great songwriter very underrated by certain Osbourne's and his bass playing is so tasteful. His book For Facts Sake is a A to Z of great stories throughout his career , Very good read.
BetaFunk
Looking at his website it looks like when that Jazz Bass is sold he's got quite a few more to choose from.

sixstring
Thank you all for the welcome, cheered me right up. Thanks. Bob is a great player, Many folks don't realise the great songs he wrote. I was pleased all you folks remember the great Gary Moore days too - they were great times, Here's Bob's Youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/bobdaisley Edited November 15, 2014 by sixstring
merello
If you go on the site - very interesting storey about the Randy Rhoads doc.
KevB
As a player I always think of Daisley as a Precision man but I recall seeing his website a couple of years ago and it's obvious he's a pretty avid collector of many types. I already have a jazz bass I'm very happy with so I won't be emailing him and offering £400 for it.
dudewheresmybass
Love bobs playing, and really enjoyed the book. If he ever decides to sell the p, I might be persuaded to take it off his hands
