how did u record track ?

Thanks Tim, it was recorded in my front room with cheap gear into a laptop running Cubase.
The backing track was recorded live and the horns were overdubbed.

Already a big fan and f.b. friend great stuff
did u record the bass d.i. and plugins or amped ? sounds Fat [size=4] [/size][size=4] [/size]

Bass was DI from markbass LM11, little bit of compression in Cubase and that's it.
Jazz bass, neck pick up, GHS precision flats.

'Really Really' nice. I could listen to that over and over. There's something vaugley 60's (sort of Prince Busterish) about it - and I mean that in a positive way.
