Ordered a Mono Strap Short from them last weekend. Received a long version Monday. As their customer support was already closed, I dropped them an email. They said they're going to send me the right one and a jiffy bag self addressed for the wrong strap to be sent back to them which is fair enough. Today I received the right one but no sign of the jiffy bag but instead a small note.
