Basszilla
They are without doubt the best basses out there. Been playing Spector for 15 years now and nothing else gets that tone!!! So versatile and hi def. Snappy with a magnificent bottom end.

They have a unique sound, yet paradoxically are incredibly versatile. Why they stayed under my radar for so long I don't know. Just goes to prove that you should put all preconceptions aside and try as many different basses as possible.
Damonjames
I love mine, my only criticism is that it doesn't have a tonepump, it's been fitted with an emg 3 band by the previous owner. Guess I'll just have to get another one then! I also have just found some cool passive pickups, the seymour Duncan NYC, they are the same size as the emg soapbars, but are milt tap, so you can set them up as singles or humbuckers! I was Wondering how to get a great passive jazz tone out of a spector!! DAMN IT!!!
