dudewheresmybass Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 (edited) I assume it's down to differing factories over the years, as well as perceived changes in fashion. The two I have currently have different head stocks. One drop top and one reverse. Personally I don't like the batwing/ testicle rest headstock as in the link, but rather the more traditional two a side headstock seen more commonly on a mockingbird these days.
