Two Clarky gigs in January - Tupelo Uncles on 8th, All The Queens Ravens on 23rd

I have a couple of gigs upcoming in January.

[u][b]Tupelo Uncles, 8th Jan[/b][/u]

First up is an all-acoustic tribute to alt-country's finest, Uncle Tupelo, at the Betsey Trotwood in central London, supporting London bluegrass stalwarts Foghorn Leghorn. We are calling ourselves the Tupelo Uncles and comprise guitar/vox (x2), fiddle, mandolin and double bass. The gig is on Thursday January 8th and should blow some cobwebs away! No detailed timings as yet but we have a 40-minute set

[u][b]All The Queens Ravens, 23rd Jan[/b][/u]

Although the band is on something of a hiatus (as our drummer has gone traveling for a year and two of the girls have moved out of London) we are playing a drummer-free gig at the lovely Green Note in Camden on Friday 23rd Jan. We are headlining so will probably be onstage about 9.30pm

Thursday night, we are onstage about 9pm. All acoustic (no amps at all), with guitar/vox, bouzouki/mandolin, fiddle and yours truly bluffing his way on DB

Correction: headlining band have asked us to swap sets as their guitarist has to skedaddle early doors - we (Tupelo Uncles) are now on at 10pm
