Mike1962 Posted December 11, 2014 Author Posted December 11, 2014 As far as I know it's a 1960 reissue. The 1962 was the start of the 2 seperate volumes and a single tune pot wasn't it? I'm not sure what you mean by AV?
ubit Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 It's gorgeous anyway, pity it's too near Christmas
fingerz Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Beautiful. Love the stack knob design. What is the year of manufacture?/how old is it? Are the knocks on it 'real' player wear? And sorry to ask, maybe it's because I'm on my phone, but where are you based? Looks like a proper instrument.

[/quote] Sorry, 1993, I missed that! And your in Bolton (just gone to full version!). Would be great to have a play on it, Bolton is a stretch for me but if I get any gigs up there and it's still for sale I'd be very tempted.
Mike1962 Posted December 11, 2014 Author Posted December 11, 2014 The nocks appear to be real. The rest of it is in too good a condition to have been made into a relic. It is 1993 but it sounds and feels old. It's same age as my L series was when I got that!
Mike1962 Posted December 11, 2014 Author Posted December 11, 2014 Thanks karlfer for the decoding! And the comments on the looks. It is a good looking bass!
