Kiwi Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014
If you haven't already, circulate these details round to the local Crack, sorry, CASH Converters shops as there's a great chance they'll turn up at one of those shortly after theft. (Along with other secondhand gear outlets)
And the shops on Demark Street (incl. Wunjo's), Bass Gallery and any other places that might take in secondhand stuff. BF cabs are going to be distinctive and not easily overlooked. Quote
M@23 Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Yes! Well done, so glad you're persistence paid off. This is why I hated Cash Converters in my University city, bargains to be had, but for a reason unfortunately. Quote
HowieBass Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Great news! Really pleased you got most of your gear back. Quote
Dad3353 Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Another happy ending (yay..!), demonstrating once again the importance of reporting these incidents to the police. They can't guarantee getting stuff back, but once there's a lead, they'll follow up and sort things out. Hat's off to all concerned, here. [sharedmedia=core:attachments:167485] Quote
jonnythenotes Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Nice one centurion....so glad for you.... Quote
charic Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 They obviously gave up on the compacts when they noticed the handles Congrats! Quote
KiOgon Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Result! Well done & I hope the scum are traced through the shop Quote
LewisK1975 Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Great news! I had some Bikes nicked from my shed once and they turned up in my local crack converters. Took a while with the Police faffing around but I got them back in the end..I think having a couple of close relations in the force helped things along a little.... Quote
