Bass midi pedals help

I think the Behringer unit is more for controlling other devices that have MIDI interfaces where you could change presets/patches on them and not something you'd use when playing a bass line as you'd do with say a Moog Taurus. The Roland unit that jonsmith mentions is more like what you need though it needs to drive an external synthesizer for bass lines (and I think it's discontinued so you'd need to find a second-hand one).

Yes i do have a Korg Triton plus vst so sounds are not a problem. I am looking for a PK-5 but they seem to be a bit like rocking horse poo to track down.
Thanks for your input.
Although I think I have kind of worked out the B/ringer wouldn't do the job but I'm looking for other solutions.

Assuming you've already got the sounds on a synth or sampler, Roland PK5 pedals sound like what you need. I used to use them when I was doing the Rush stuff and I'm about to bring them back for my originals band. I'm triggering a Roland Fantom XR with them.

Roland PK5 definitely. Set up a favourite search in ebay and they will turn up. PK 6 on there.
