kodiakblair
I watch a YT video with the Motown model couple of weeks back. Sounded brilliant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6S_eIvRtRDY
Roland Rock
It does look great, and it's a really good demo video. There are some lovely sounds there too. Admittedly I've only listened on my phone, but from that video I'd be slightly concerned that you couldn't get a pure smooth bass tone from it. Even with fingers, flats and neck pickup, there seems to be an inherent 'clicky' brightness with every setting. As I say though, many lovely tones that would be perfect for a variety of styles. pete.young
Yes, I've got a Star bass that I bought from Greene King. I don't have any pictures of it, but the forsale thread is here: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/217359-sold-duesenberg-star-bass . I put some Status half-rounds on it and it sounds formidable. Definitely no clickly brightness with the neck pickup and the tone rolled off.
Bolo
I played this one at a local shop, lovely warm not mushy sound: [Img] http://www.themusiczoo.com/images/9-09-10/Duesenberg_Mike_Campbell_Bass_101115_a.jpg" class="ipsImage" />
BrunoBass
Recently saw this and instant GAS ensued. I've been dreaming of something like this for years, although having seen the price tag a dream it shall remain.
