My CV Precision just says 'Squier Precision bass'. I suppose maybe the serial may help.. Oh yes, it is in the serial number. Starting with CGS is classic vibe (made in china), that is what I have on mine, wiki lists quite a lot of the serial numbers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HowieBass Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 The Squier VM P basses come stock with a Duncan Designed branded pickup and the neck is 41mm wide at the nut - the amber/maple combination comes with a black scratchplate.
